The Belkin BoostCharge Power Bank 10K w/ Integrated Cable is an absolutely simple product that does one thing very well. It charges an iPhone or other device without the user needing to worry about a separate USB-C cable.
I tested it out with my iPhone and iPad, looking for problems. Here’s what it’s like in real-world use.
Belkin BoostCharge Power Bank 10K w/ Integrated Cable review
Are you going through your day always just a little concerned that your iPhone will run out of juice? There’s a simple solution: carry a power bank with you. Then you’ll have the option to plug in your handset at any time, no matter where you go.
But with some external batteries, you also need to carry a power cable. It can be a bit frustrating if you find yourself with a phone and a battery with no way to connect them.
This is where the Belkin BoostCharge Power Bank 10K w/ Integrated Cable shines. If you have it with you, you don’t need anything else to juice up your iPhone, iPad, etc.
Belkin's power bank 10K includes an integrated USB-C cable, making charging hassle-free. Simply plug in the built-in cable for instant power, perfect for on-the-go charging anytime, anywhere.

Science hasn’t yet found a way to make a super-small battery capable of holding 10,000 mAh. Still, this one from Belkin is very portable. It measures 4.0 inches by 2.5 inches by 0.9 in. and weighs 0.5 pounds.
While the BoostCharge Power Bank 10K w/ Integrated Cable is essentially plastic wrapped around a battery, kudos to Belkin for trying to give it some style. It comes in black, white, blue or pink, plus the edges and corners are rounded.
The built-in USB-C cable that’s a highlight of the product is 1.75 inches long, and it tucks into one edge of the power bank when not in use.
While the cable length is minimal, it’s plenty long enough to be useful. I either hold the external battery in the palm of my hand with the iPhone on top of it, or I put the power bank and my iPhone down somewhere. There’s enough cable for either option.
If you happen to have a USB-C cable with you, a USB-C port on one side of Belkin’s battery can be used to charge a second device.

With a 10,000mAh capacity, the Belkin BoostCharge Power Bank 10K w/ Integrated Cable delivers plenty of power when you need it most.
When I tested it with my iPhone 17, the handset’s power level increased by 175% over several charging sessions before the accessory was drained. What that means for me is that I can head out Friday morning with a fully charged iPhone and this external battery, and I won’t need any other source of power until Sunday night.
In a separate test, it was able to raise the battery level on my 13-inch iPad Pro by about 60% before running dry. That’s plenty to keep me going in a pinch.
Belkin’s power bank puts out 20W — about two-thirds of the maximum charging speed of my iPhone. The handset gets roughly a 50% charge in half an hour.
Recharging the power bank itself
A quartet of white LEDs indicate the remaining battery level.
When time comes to replenish the Belkin BoostCharge Power Bank 10K w/ Integrated Cable, simply plug the integrated cable into a USB-C wall charger. I really appreciate that convenience. Alternatively, the USB-C port can handle that job if you have the necessary cable.
Belkin’s power bank takes in power at 20W, so a full recharge takes hours. You should probably plan to give it overnight to fill it up, but if all you have is an hour, you can get a useful amount of power into the accessory in that amount of time.
Belkin BoostCharge Power Bank 10K w/ Integrated Cable review: Final thoughts

MagSafe batteries charge your iPhone with no cables needed. And they tuck up against your iPhone as they charge it. Compared to those, this Belkin power bank is fairly primitive. But another way of looking at it is: simplicity. It is simply a collection of features useful for anyone who needs to charge up mobile devices on the go, and that never gets obsolete. Especially at a good price.
That said, it’s not as easy to use as a slim power bank that magnetically clings to your iPhone and charges it wirelessly.
